Someone asked David on twitter "will it be explicit content?" to which he replied "it's gonna have to be."

David is on vacation in the Bahamas right now. Device album is complete, now just awaiting the record companie's next move and the TMS announcements. Anyone know which label Device is signed to?

Warner. And the TMS announcements are really nothing we don't already know. The only thing we DIDN't know was that he actually has a book deal. The other was the announcement that he's working with Geno.

A few people asked David about a CD release time table and he replied "SOMETIME FIRST QUARTER 2013". So this means a January - March release. If this is the case I'm pretty dissapointed. I was hoping for an early Christmas gift to myself. Seeing that the album is already finished I don't know what the hold up is. His book? The album art cover design? Warner's slow ass?

TO ALL WHO ARE WONDERING. IT'S LOOKING LIKE WE'LL SEE A 2013 RELEASE FOR THE DEVICE RECORD. NO WORD ON A SINGLE YET OR WHEN IT WILL BE RELEASED. I'M AS EAGER TO HAVE YOU HEAR THE STUFF AS YOU ARE TO HEAR IT.

According to the Facebook the tracking for the guest yesterday went amazingly. So that's two guests so far. Will there be a third?

I took that to mean that there are more updates to come... but it could mean that there are more guest spots. Who knows other than David and Geno?

Wasn't the album finished? I guess with this extra time the label has given them, they'll make a good use for it, but I hope the label isn't meddling in trying to shape the sound of the album instead.

Well, there is a third guest spot that has been tracked. Going a little wild with the guest spots. It's pretty awesome.

Hopefully these are some b-side tracks, I'm not a huge fan of multiple singers on one artist's album. One or two is good, but 3-4+ when there's only 12 tracks on the album is a little shy of overboard. Still, I'm overly excited about Device and if I like the album, I may see them live if they come near me.

We don't that it's all vocals. I know that one of them is- but there could be someone doing other things on the record than singing.

Cool. Still looking for announcements on who the tour drummer/bassist will be, what the album cover looks like, who the guests are, and that forsaken first single.

I'm really excited to see what kind of monster is birthed here. They sound like they will all be amazing songs judging from the titles. This is going to be a kick ass record.
