Why? If you think about it they would have the name cornered in the music buisness- honestly it would be a smart buisness decision ;)

Because David preaches individuality. If you come to him as a hopeful client of Intox with an uncreative name that was just stolen from his own album, he's going to have negative preconceived notions before he even takes a listen. Again I wish all the best for that band, it's a hard time for hard rock now, but I'd suggest re naming the band to make it something your own.
