I agree SAW and D1fE, John is such a nice guy, and i have to say he is one of (if not) the most aggressive/telented bassist out there. He brings a new level to Disturbed, and made the band that much better, and i know this cause the first two albums (which i loved to death) are so fucking amazing, but alot of the songs sounded almost to similar, get into TTF and Indestructible and all the songs sounds different, not mimicking each other. Fuzz was great, but there was something to him that...well wasn't so positive, look at john since they hired him, he has been nothing but positive, nicest/funniest guy around! He up lifts the band and makes them that much better! They are the Dream Team for a Metal/Rock band, the four best musicians i have had the honor to listen to!
