The only thing that resembles The Guy is the way the teeth look. And I'm sure that wasn't intended. Remove the gums on a human, and that's what you get.

Ah... it just resembles the face a little bit. I've seen plenty of things in the Manga that remind me of things I've seen elsewhere and vice versa.

If they truly "borrowed" The Guy, they would've had added the hood and/or the chains that also give The Guy his unique appearance. In that Manga, the monster has its very unique appearance.

But I can see how the scary face would remind a Disturbed fan of The Guy.

if somebody didn't point out that it might look like the guy, i don't think i would've noticed...i still barely see it

besides, i doubt bleach imitates anybody
