I got the standard and payed for the limited edition too. All that came was the cd/dvd!!! Where is the rest of it? This is pissing me off. The whole reason one preorders something is to be guaranteed to have it. So... where is it?

I have only gotten the limited edition CD.... no box... or shirt... or dogtags... or anything.

According to the site, its "processing" so I guess the being out of stock thing, has placed us on backorder... even though I placed my order the first day it existed.
