Ok, so I've come up with an idea of an image I wish to turn into my avatar. but problem is, Idk how to create animated avatars from images on your computer. Or heck, even how to create this image in a program other than paint! I could draw it out, but we do not have an image scanner where I live, so any help would be appreciated
