Yes it should have been on the album it fits with what the album is saying and it is just a great track. :)

I agree. But, I think maybe the masses would have seen it as another
power ballad and there was already one on that record. Just my opinion. But, I love that song.

Of course. I hope the new album they are working on goes back to the believe era-ish lyrics. They can make it dark as they want but more songs like believe, breathe, rise, etc. would be nice.
