No one is going to criticize you unconstructively on this site. And im sure you think their good if your considering putting them on the site. So you should put them on the site and show your colours. If you believe in something you've created, you should put it out there to see what others think, perhaps get feedback, and probably some compliments as well. There are a lot of good artists on this sight visually, verbally, and musically, so it wouldnt surprise me if you present some good stuff too.

Life is like a plant,
Put your roots down,
and don't let the Wind blow you away.

Politics and Greed,
Pollution and need,
is makes our world go round?
i dont want a part,
to make a change,
now we must start.

Brothers, Sisters,
Come to me,
We are not bonded by love,
but by sickness and grieve

A few of us are left,
no Change, no Difference, No theft.

What makes you selfish people think
you can buy everything with money?
What has that done?
Killed my soul along with millions of others!

Empty is my soul,
it will never bleed.
I'm Alive
and for they're sake,
i hope i'm wrong..........Stand up Brethren it's time..........

Here's another,

People take pride
in their stride.
But not in the way its supposed to be,
Onlooker always want something to see.
The Bad stride, The Sad stride, The mean.
Can only mean one thing,
They've lied.

But everybodies lied once in their life,
Whether it be a little white one,
or about a killer with a knife!

But they can all be defined
as one stride that started to fall.
As one stride falls before us,
people may curse and cuss.
But when all is said and done,
they wil not have the strength to fuss.

Life is short, but in a long way,
I wish i could live on a cay,
to try and figure things out for the world today.

I must plead help,
More people, men, women,
kids aside.
This generation is like a tide.
Going up is good; and going dow is bad.
And the result is really quite sad,
not only is the tide going down,
People we're in a drought!!

This one is a little iffy, i was mad at racist people that day, and i'm seriosly not offending people, but it had language, haha i'll star ** it out.....THe story behind this, is at my school, i get teased for being white...so alot of races still dont like others, alot of people think mostly between Blacks and whites. I was asked to make this froma friend

Blacks and Whites,
Day's and Nights.
White,Brown, Pink, Black,
In this world Racism is just another love lack.

Chinese, Mexican, African American, White,
Come on people do we need to fight?
KKK, has got a lot to say,
but none of it's true
We should be sticking together like freaking Glue!!

Different Shades of skin,
It's just something passed on from kin to kin!
There are no differences between Whites and Blacks
the love we need for each other, greatly lacks.


When i go to my school,
people think I only have white friends,
truthfully it all depends,
Depends on on if your nice and mean,
or even if your smelly or clean.
It all depends.

I have friends of all colors.
Mexican, Asian, Blacks, Whites,
But all this racism really bites.

But until everybody find out,
what is wrong and right
I still believe love is lacked between Black's and Whites

Drugs?
Naw
alcohol?
Nope.
Reality?
Yes Please!

Drugs and alcohol,
the doom of us all.
It starts a step, we take it up,
it makes another,
and we're beside each other.
I look at you and you look at me,
just to escape reality.
But no matter what,
it will catch up with you.

It doesnt matter if your senior or child,
old or new.
You see we do these things to feel better,
but you make it worse.
The day you see what Happened to you,
you will be full of remorse.


So be smart and get active.
And find yourself a new tactive.
Live your life without any escapes or stupid chpices,
but remember we're ony humans
dont over-ride yourself.
And put those drugs and alchohol back on the shelf.


Don't let it be you who makes the mistake.
If you want to live to see your next birthday cake.
Live to the fullest and never look back
and dont do booze, marijuana, tequila and crack!

I like it. Its not stupidly symbolic on every corner like the poetry i have to read in English class. Its straightforward but still paints vivid images. Nice work man :)
