Ten Thousand Fists not only was their first album without Fuzz, it was also a big change in their style, what is your opinion of the shift?

Honstely I loved Ten Thousand Fist the style was heavier and they had guitar solos with Fuzz their was none of that would it have happen if he was still in the band we will never know but the Fist album is right up their in the top two

I agree, they got a lot harder-edged with John playing a sharper bass and Dan having more freedom to let loose.

I don't like the style John Moyer uses, b/c I play bass and don't enjoy the picking style :D I love the sound its awesome, but its also alot harder to play (for me) If he started playing wiht his fingers, I think I would have a fangasm XXD

I liked it a little better. Before it seemed that the bass was a little louder and more noticable but now it kind of blends in.

To me, it didn't really matter whether or not Fuzz was kicked out or still in the band. As long as he still lives an awesome career, that's fine. i can never see him having a different job anyways.

Well, I think it was good, but Fuzz was more a "protagonist" than Moyer... I mean, you can hear better the bass in both The Sickness and Believe than in next albums.

I think Moyer needs more time to show his talent, he need a bass solo (like "Believe")

I think Disturbed really came to a stronger life with John's base. John liked the heavier riffs when Fuzz did not. Who knows where Disturbed would be without his leaving.

john can do both picking and finger style but he chooses to use picking because it's more aggressive :p

Not only do I love John infinitely more as a person that fuzz - TTF, Indestructible and Asylum, but especially the last two, are my favorite Disturbed albums. So yeah...

Incredibly happy and glad that John is in Disturbed

The change in the band was not to bad, the sound either it needed a change for what i care, Fuzz did alright for their first two, John is okay, so yeah they just needed to change it a bit that all. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
