The New Slipknot album "Vol.5 The Gray Chapter" is the best album i have listened to in my 13+years listening to hard rock and metal. Now, until disturbed comes out with a new record i might reconsider saying it. YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM!!! ITS SOO BRUTAL AND BEAUTIFUL!! 10/10, 5/5

Just finished it. It was 5 stars all the way through. I don't usually give that rating, but it deserves the praise.

I find it's better to listen to it with the lyric sheets in hand. Skeptic has some of the most raw lyrics I've ever read, and The One That Kills The Least is pretty thought-provoking.

Outstanding album.  Favorite so far is Killpop.  Just has this dark undertone that I adore.

In an interview with Larry King, Corey mentioned that he brought Slipknot back not only in the memory of Paul, but also to prove that the heavy metal genre is not dead.  Godsmack is back.  Avenged Sevenfold is back and are now in the process of another album.  Death Punch is back in the studio (after announcing they would go on hiatus after TWSOH tours so Im not sure what changed their mind).  Several new metal bands, such as NothingMore and We As Human have sprouted wings and taken off from the underground.

IMO, now is the opportune time for Disturbed to either do a small tour or announce a full comeback.  Although I've been following David on twitter and he is fully committed to fatherhood at the moment.

We're here and theres this new album we just finished and it will be in stores next holiday."
