The were fucking sick. Wow one of the best concerts I've been to in a long time. AND they were touring with Dream Theater. Fucking amazing

That must have been a good show, although I got a headache 15 minutes into Dream Theater's first song (that's a joke about how long DT songs are, but I did get a headache during their set, great group of musicians though).

Why'd you get a headache? They're my all-time favorite band. I love their long songs. Their longest one is 47 minutes long. Pretty awesome.

P.S. Of course Disturbed is still high on my favorite bands list. Dream Theater's just at the top

I really can't stand James LaBrie. I can't get into DT. If it wasn't for him I might like them more, but I guess I got a headache because of the combination of the fact I can't stand LaBrie and how their songs just keep going and going and going. Good musicians though. Maybe I'll get into them someday.

Yeah they're definitely an acquired taste. I personally love James LaBrie. But that's me personally. I don't know, I'm really in to progressive rock and metal so they just fit me. But I don't blame you, they're a lot to take in at once.
