so i just got a new project in my art I class that is due next week. it's a black and white picture done with different types or art pencils. for this project, i decided to try doing a pic of Dan. i'm hella scared though cuz i've only done this type of thing with Mick from Slipknot and that's a lot easier cuz he wears a mask. i'm so freaked that i picked something that's too hard and that i'll mess up pretty bad.

this is the pic i chose. it was originally in color and was a full body shot with Dan and his guitar, but cuz of copyright infringement and the fact that it would be way too hard to do all that in such a short period of time, i had to tweak it a bit. i have to put the link cuz when i post the actual pic it gets all pixilated for some reason

alright, i think i'm done with it. if i do make any last minute fixes, i won't be able to get the fixed up pic on here for a long time cuz my teacher keeps projects for a long time. i went to the best of my ability on this and it was hard. i've never tried to recreate a photo with this much detail before. considering this my first time doing something this complicated, i believe i did pretty well.
