Michael Jackson may have been weird and had un-natural urges. But, lets be honest here, we ALL loved "Beat It". Right??? I don't know if I'm the first to post anything about this, but his death is probably the biggest celebrity death since John Lennon was murdered.

Definitly. But I think his death was alot bigger than John Lennon.

Beat it was ok. It was great when the Italian metal band Raintime did a cover of it. Thats one of my favourite songs.

It's the only Michael Jackson song on my MP3 player other than Thriller. I'm adding some more because VH1 Classic has been playing all of his songs all weekend.

I am shocked & saddened that MJ has died.
He was a great influence on many people & some artists wouldn't be around if it wasn't for Michael.

I think it's extremely disrespectful to say horrible things about the guy, he has passed away & for the record, he was found not guilty & the kid admitted he sued him just to see how much money he could get.

i never really could get into his music and always thought he was a freak (and not the good kind either). for crying out loud the guy had child porn in his house. but i do understand why people liked his music and how he was a genius when it came to his music and dancing. moonwalk thing is amazing.

oh yeah, and he died millions of dollars in debt.

I can get why someone could like him, and why others couldn't. Honestly, Billy Mays death means more to me.

same here. I sorta felt like he'd be around forever, i guess. apparently he died from hitting his head on a plane during some rough flying. such a stupid little thing and hes dead because of it.

I think it's more weird coz as long as I've been alive he's been active and producing music and headlines. I'm no saddened per se it's just peculiar.

They just said on the news Billie Mays died of heart disease. They also said that Michael Jacksons debt will be greatly reduced by renewed album sales and by a possible release of his rehersals for the concerts in london.

Their an average Melodic Death Metal band from Italy. some other metal band also did a cover of it, but the version I have is way better. It's not easy to find though.

he was $400 million in debt but had assets e.g. houses which were $200 million more than his debt level also he own's the right to very valuable things e.g. Beatles songs.

Btw did anyone else hear that his kids were not his at all and they were not that women Debbie Rowe either as he got sperm and egg donor's and she was a surrogate
