David is asking his fans to vote for Device in the "best new talent" category in the famous Golden Gods awards. Personally, I voted for Young Guns solely because Device is yet to let us hear ANYTHING from their album so I find it unfair to vote for talent on a band I've heard no talent from. Vote your own way though.\

Update: I tweeted David about it and he replied "coming in a week or so". So basically we will not hear or see anything new from Device until the single drops on the 19th. When this happens the Device webpage will activate and David will release the album artwork. Exciting day.

Glenn Hughes gave it the thumbs up as well. I'm always an optimist when it comes to David's word but there is a ton of hype around Device's debut album and it will be a challenge to live up to it's pre-released buzz.

Haha, they're not gonna say it's a piece of shit album. Of course those people that have heard it will say good things about it. It's just part of promoting the album. I won't take their opinion seriously until I hear the album. I expect it to be good, but it's better not to give into the hype, otherwise you might get very disappointed.

Exactly. When I heard "Another Way to Die" after reading all the hype around the Asylum album I was really disappointed but the rest of the album made up for it. On the other hand...

Can't wait to read what MetalSucks has to say about Device's album.
