This nightmare that is released
Pain and suffering
Let loose
But hope kept at bay
This box of tricks
Temptation, confusion and longing
Has left me a broken soul

But the one to blame
I cry to the one
With the stained hands
Of curiosity that
Has taken everything good
And turned it into
A nothing of darkness

That have killed without
Touching a single weapon;

So willing to stay away
I guess this is what I was
Meant for. The reason
I stay in this lost
Realm of reality that has
Done nothing good for me.

Was it I?”

Very nice! The thought of trying to write a good poem makes my stomach turn, I'm terrible at it. I'd like to see more if you have any.
