Don Lehman of PostStar.com reports that two men were arrested on felony counterfeiting charges because, police said, they were caught selling bootleg T-shirts outside the Glens Falls Civic Center in Glens Falls, New York after Monday night's (April 27) Music as a Weapon IV concert (featuring DISTURBED, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, LACUNA COIL and CHIMAIRA).
The men were charged after two plainclothes Glens Falls police officers saw them selling T-shirts outside the Civic Center when the only authorized sales were taking place inside the building, said Glens Falls Police Capt. Will Valenza.
The officers confiscated 100 or so T-shirts, most of them bearing the name of the show's headlining act, DISTURBED. The counterfeit shirts were selling for $10 outside while the legitimate ones brought $30 each, Valenza said.
