1. Wizarding community cannot vote for the minister of magic. Minister of Magic is appointed.
2. Their only reliable media (The Daily Prohet) is controlled by the Ministry of Magic.
3. The ministry of magic can interfere with the hiring of school staff whenever they wish.
4. The Ministry of Magic constantly bends its own policies without any dispute.
5. The Ministry of Magic has the right to strip any witch or wizard of their job and investigate any witch or wizard without a warrant.

Hopefully, when Ron Weasley rules the world, the magical community will find themselves in a free world.

Harry Potter Books..... Fictional social structure and I think have classes that are abolished and wizards are controlled in that fashion.That is a social movement in any way shape or form leading to a superabundance of deeds that all wizards offer.They create a society sense refers to a classless, stateless and oppression free society.Mind you the books are just books don't take Harry Potter in the wrong way......Its just fun to read.
