A Welcome Burden
Ok Yet another movie that proves the myth that bad ass special effects and horribly written flatly acted and no story what so ever movies go hand in hand. Skyline's previews were amazing i couldnt wait to see this movie....And half way though it i couldnt wait for it to be over...*SPOILER ALERT!!* The entire movie follows A man and his girlfriend. Now i know what your thinking KJ why didnt you tell us there names? That my friends is because they only said there names about 3 times the entire film. The character development is horrbile the dialog is horrible. Bassicly the plot is that theese aliens havest brains? Yep brains so they can put the brains in other aliens.....Who apprently arent born with brains. So they steal the main charicters brain and he...takes over an alien body?!?!?!?! wtf once ur brain is fuckin removed you cant do shit muchless over power a huge fuckin giant alien thingy. And u know what he uses this giant alien body to do?? He goes and has a fucking love scene with his girlfriend......And shes like omg is that you? Uhh yeah it kinda has to be bitch otherwise ud be a fucking blood mass on the floor there..Oh and did i mention that his gf is pregnant? Cuz she is but it may have slipped my mind because IT WASNT IMPORTANT AT ALL THE FACT THAT SHE WAS PREGANANT DID NOT IMPACT THE STORY IN ANY WAY! Maybe thats because there was no story. This movie is the mutant offspring of Cloverfeild and District9 Both great movies and yet somehow there child is a retarded inbred freak. Skyline gets a 2 out of 5.(Also there is actuallt pretty bad ass scenes they make no connection to the story but ill be usiong those to make a Warrior WMV)
