David on Politically Incorrect, episode 1026, discussing gay rights, tracking chips and smoking laws. It aired March 7 2001. It has no relation to this clip (which means he's appeared on the show at least twice).
Early in the debate, David made a point that the extra smoking charge was just a tax masked as a way to cut down on pollution. Then Mr. Boortz made the same point -worded differently - and he got a round of applause.
Plus, David spent the majority of the time disagreeing with Bill Maher (which generally means you're screwed as far as the audience is concerned).
I got the feeling that everyone was against David a little bit (he tended to be at odds because of his more liberal points).
well duh. bill mahers show. Im not a fan. Didn't even know the others but maybe the one chick next to him, but not a lot, you know. she isnt like instantly recognizable to me. In my opinion, Davids pov was the best. He wasnt just siding with the sheep.
