In a July 2009 interview with FaceCulture, Draiman stated that the DVD will be "chronicling the past decade of Disturbed's existence. It's meant to show our growth over the course of the decade. He also talked more about the upcoming fifth album, A couple of them song riffs that Danny has come up with are really amazing. But there just little pieces...it's not even in two-three part progression yet

its nice to know that its being made i bet they are recording now cause that was said in july interview it is mid oct they gotta be making the record now as we speak if there gonna get it out on time for next year and we all know that no one will here from them until its done
